How it works

Submitting an inquiry is the first step toward finding the right partner for your project. It takes two steps and can be completed in one session or saved and finished later.

Step 1 – Open your inquiry
Share your contact details to start. You'll receive a confirmation email with a personal link to return to your inquiry at any time before submitting it.

Step 2 – Complete the inquiry
Tell us about your company, your product, and the collaboration you're looking for — including your goals, the environment you need, timeline, and funding status. The more you share, the better we can guide you. We treat the information confidentially within the network organizations - but be aware that the information you submit will be shared with relevant staff and stakeholdes to evaluate you prroject.

What happens next
Once you submit, we review your inquiry and invite you to an intake meeting to go through it together. When we've aligned on scope and direction, we forward your inquiry to the Nordic Proof partner network to identify the right testing and validation environment for your project.
